SSL security requires you to use an SSL enabled browser. To check your browser, look at the lower corner of your browser window after accessing the order page sections of our site. If SSL is active you will see, depending upon your browser, either an unbroken key or a closed lock. Another way to check is to look at the URL line of your browser. On a secure server the first characters of the address will be "https." It will be "http" on a server that is not secure.
Our site, like many sites that take credit cards, has both secure and un-secured areas. General information areas are not secure, while the "order areas" where you fill out your order information and furnish credit card numbers are secure.

If your browser doesn't permit communication through a secure server you will not be able to connect to our secure server. Consequently, you do not need to worry about mistakenly placing an unsecured order. NEVER place an order containing credit card information by email since it is NOT secure.

Your credit card information is never retained in our data bases or in our customer files. We never see your credit card number on internet orders and we cannot access it. On phone orders as soon as your order is processed we destroy the credit card information and cannot recover it. Your client name, address and account information are retained for internal purposes.
